As a manufacturer we provide full-ranged and competent technical services both during guarantee period, as well as after its expiration.
Because all our instruments are designed as the industrial grade equipment, their reliability is maintained at the highest level.
On the grounds of our experience we know that instruments, which are regularly inspected, can work trouble-free for many years. The optimum frequency for the equipment inspections is once a year.
Within the inspection framework the calibration and certifying procedures are also provided for all our equipment.

Because our offer is constantly widened and increase in the measurement functionalities occurs due to the progress in the state-of-the-art, we provide hardware and software upgrades for the older models of our equipment.
Our equipment evolves together with our customers. On request we adopt our measuring systems in order to make possible the factory testing for newly designed products or allow the innovative investigation projects to be carried on.
We also support our customers in implementing policies of quality control (ISO, GMP), as well as in audits and validation procedures.
